Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
Service
IPnet Mobility provides eSIM mobile voice, text, and data service on a month-to-month basis. No fixed-term contract is required; either party may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Acceptable use
Service is for ordinary personal or business use. Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable network-management practices; during periods of congestion, heavy users may be temporarily deprioritized relative to other customers.
Billing
Service is billed in advance each month. A failed payment may result in suspension of service until the balance is resolved.
Device compatibility
IPnet is eSIM-only. It’s on you to confirm your device supports eSIM before subscribing — and on us to help you check if you ask.
Liability
Mobile networks are best-effort by nature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for service interruptions is limited to a prorated credit for the affected period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which service is provided.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file.
