What we collect
Only what’s needed to provision an eSIM and bill for it: your name, email, payment details, and your device’s eSIM identifier (EID). Plus the usage records (call, text, and data) required to deliver and bill for service.
What we don’t do
No ad tracking, no data sales, no analytics scripts on this website. We don’t profile your browsing and we don’t share usage data with advertisers — ever.
How we use it
To provision and maintain your eSIM, bill you accurately, respond to support requests, and meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to telecommunications carriers.
Who we share it with
Network partners, as needed to route calls and data; payment processors; and law enforcement when legally compelled. We do not sell customer data.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it (subject to record-keeping obligations we’re legally required to retain) by emailing hello@ipnetmobility.com.
